With around 25 years of experience in the real estate sector – many of those in senior management, CEO and partner roles – at various real estate enterprises, Ralf Niggemann took the logical next step of founding the VECTOR REAL ESTATE GROUP in mid-2021. From the first day onwards Ralf Niggemann has shared responsibility at VECTOR with a capable, experienced and interdisciplinary transaction and project development team.

Profile & Strategy
VECTOR Real Estate is a mid-sized company with the management expertise to handle large-scale real estate projects. Specific planning and construction work implementation activities are outsourced to experienced partners with solid market reputations, many of which have long-standing and time-tested business associations with us.
VECTOR is committed to high-quality architecture, the ESG-compliant, sustainable use of resources and naturally also the marketability of the properties we develop. We always aim for balanced and fair partnerships with our planning, construction and service partners, with municipal and local authorities and with the investors who buy our properties as long-term holdings.
VECTOR’s project development and investment activities in the German market focus on the top seven regions and the usage segments of office, residential and district development. The company also plans to invest in real estate portfolios with partners, to reposition or redevelop them if necessary, and to assume an asset management function.
